1. General
These terms and conditions of sale apply to any item purchased from Muslimah Boutique through https://muslimaboutique.es (hereinafter referred to as "the site") and the customer accepts them when confirming their order. Muslimah Boutique may amend these Terms of Sale at any time.
2. Availability
All orders placed through the Site are subject to their availability and acceptance by Muslimah Boutique and Muslimah Boutique reserves the right to modify the range of items presented on the Site and, in particular, may limit at any time the number of items that the Customer can order in a single purchase session.
3. Registration and Personal Information
In order to place an order through the Site, the customer must register and create an online account as a customer. At registration, the customer will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as their full name and email address.
Upon completion of the account registration process on the Site, the customer will receive an email summarizing their personal information and a link to the "My Account" section of the Site, where the customer will be able to configure or modify their username, password and personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that your password and account are kept secret, confidential and secure at all times. Muslimah Boutique shall not be liable for any misuse of the Client's account that occurs as a result of the access and use of the Client's password and account by third parties.
4. Prices, Taxes and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on products included on the Site are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Prices are expressed in Euros. Muslimah Boutique reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs at any time. Muslimah Boutique will apply and comply with the Product Price and shipping charges shown on the Site at the time of order confirmation. If, due to any system error, the correct price of an item is different from the one published on the Site, Muslimah Boutique will contact the customer to obtain confirmation before sending their order. The actual shipping costs and applicable VAT will be specified in the order before the Customer is asked to confirm their order, and will also be listed on the Order Confirmation and invoice (if the Customer wishes to receive an invoice). Shipping costs (if applicable) are detailed in the shipping information available on the Site.
5. Payment Methods
At Muslimah Boutique you can pay in 3 ways:
1) SECURE payment by credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard)
2) Stripe
For your added security, credit card payments will be processed through the Redys system, so you may need to provide your security code on your bank's website. In compliance with current legislation in Spain, we must issue an invoice for purchases over €3,000. In these cases, we will ask you to provide us with your NIF. When placing the order, the Customer must enter the payment details in the corresponding form. Muslimah Boutique will not store the Customer's payment card number or security code.
Payment card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the payment card issuer does not authorise the payment, the Client must contact the card issuer to solve the problem, and Muslimah Boutique is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that may occur. In the event that the user makes the payment by credit card, the bank details will be transmitted by means of a secure protocol to the bank in charge of providing the respective remote electronic payment services, without any third party being able to access them under any circumstances. Such data will only be used by Muslimah Boutique for the purpose of completing the procedures relating to the purchase, issuing the corresponding refunds in the event of any returns, and preventing and informing the police forces in the event of fraud being committed or about to be committed. In order to process the Customer's order, the amount of the purchase will be blocked on the Customer's payment card until the order is shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer through the Site. At this time, the shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer and the payment card will be charged for the amount of the purchase.
6. Orders
If placing an order through the Site, the Customer will be required to provide the personal information provided to the Customer, such as delivery address, billing address and payment method information. Muslimah Boutique reserves the right to refuse, cancel and void orders at any time.
After placing the order through the Site, the Customer will receive by email a confirmation of receipt of the order assigned by Muslimah Boutique. It is important that the Customer retains this order reference number in case they need to make any enquiries related to the order in the future. Muslimah Boutique will email you an order confirmation, which represents Muslimah Boutique's acceptance of the order.
4. Delivery Policy
Muslimah Boutique delivers to physical addresses in Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar), not accepting PO boxes or hotels. Once the order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, Muslimah Boutique will provide the customer with a locator number with which to track the status of the order.
On delivery, it requires the signature of a person of legal age confirming receipt of the order, after which time responsibility for the purchased Products is transferred to the Customer.
Shipping, for the mainland, is free in 24-48 hours of working days. The company contracted by Muslimah Boutique is TIPSA.
5. Right of withdrawal
Return Policy
No returns are accepted, but the customer has the right of withdrawal recognized by law within 15 working days from receipt.
The right of withdrawal is at the customer's expense. It will be the customer who decides and pays the transport company with which they decide to return the purchase to us. As it is up to the customer who exercises their right of withdrawal to decide which transport company to return the purchase to, we cannot provide them with certainty as to the rates.
However, Muslimah Boutique works with the company GLS and we can provide you with contact or guidance approximately on your rates.

LAW 3/2014, OF 27 MARCH
Description of the right of withdrawal (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, BOE Law 3/2014, of 27 March):
As a consumer and user, you will have a period of fifteen working days to exercise your right of withdrawal. It shall be the law of the place where the goods which are the subject of the contract have been delivered or where the service is to be rendered which days are to be regarded as working days.
The period shall be calculated from the receipt of the goods which are the subject of the contract or from the conclusion of the contract if the subject matter of the contract is the provision of services.
The exercise of this right does not require justification for its decision.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to the refund of the sums paid by the consumer within a maximum period of 30 days from the exercise of this right.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
CONDITIONS
The costs of return (collection of the product) in case of withdrawal are charged to the customer.
We kindly ask you to exercise your right of withdrawal within the 15 working days regulated by law, outside this period the law does not oblige you to accept returns.
The packaging and shipment of the products is carried out by us in the store, which implies a prior check of how the piece is shipped, that is, they are not carried out from any logistics centre or similar outside our control, therefore: returns will not be accepted if the garments do not have the corresponding label, stains are observed, have been worn, washed, or damaged. The return of purchased products must be carried out carefully, with all their contents and in their original or similar packaging that guarantees the protection of the product for transport.
DRAWBACK
When we receive the product and verify that it has the original label, no stains are observed, they have not been used, washed or damaged, we will proceed to refund your purchase by the same way that the customer paid, either by card, Stripe or PayPal.

6. Miscellaneous
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law. The provisions of these Terms of Sale shall be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Likewise, the contract for the purchase of the products and any disputes or claims related thereto shall be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Except as provided by Law, the Client and Muslimah Boutique agree that the courts of Valencia (Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
